Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant / Full time / Flexible hoursReed Accountancy & Finance are working closely with a successful client in the hospitality industry on the outskirts of Belfast, and are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small finance team.This is a permanent position office based and both part time and full time applications will be considered.Working as part of a small team of three, the post holder will be responsible for the accounts payable function from invoice processing to payment.Specific duties will involve:Processing purchase invoicesMatching and coding invoicesSupplier Statement reconciliationQuery resolutionPreparing invoices for paymentThe software used is Sage 200The Person:Applicants should have previous purchase ledger experience and will work well in a process driven environment.Applicants will have a high degree of attention to detail and will be able to manage a high volume of work in a methodical way.Applicants will be able to work in the office on the outskirts of Belfast and part time and full time applications will be considered.If you have the relevant accounts experience and are looking for a new opportunity, part time or full time, please get in touch with Lizzy Lyons on and email an up to date cv to
