The Role As the Project Supervisor, you’ll ensure the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of our client’s contract services. Working in line with Health and Safety requirements, you will oversee, direct and motivate staff and sub-contractors to complete tasks to a high standard and ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. Specifically, you will: - Work with the Contracts Manager to schedule work and maximise efficiency - Effectively manage resources and minimise costs- Carry out inspections to ensure work meets our client’s standards - Identify and communicate potential workplace hazards - Monitor compliance with EHS legislation - Prepare initial accident investigations and report all accidents to your Contracts Manager or the H&S Manager About YouTo be considered as a Project Supervisor, you will need: - Extensive experience in the refurbishment of existing properties- Excellent communication skills - The ability to motivate and lead others Other organisations may call this role Refurbishment Project Supervisor, Refurbishment Project Manager, Building Project Supervisor, Interior Design Project Manager, Interiors Project Manager, Renovation Project Manager, Construction Project Team Lead, or Refurbishment Project Team Leader.
