REED Accountancy & Finance are delighted to be working with a well-established and successful client based on the outskirts of Belfast and are actively recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager to join the business on a part time basis, 3 / 4 days perweek.This is a part time opportunity, 25 hours per week over 3 / 4 days.Reporting to the Managing Director and working as part of a small but busy office, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the day to day accounts and administration and will work with both Xero accounting software and Brightpay payroll software.Specific duties will involve:Sales Ledger and debtor controlPurchase Ledger and management of supplier accountsPreparing Trial Balance for the company management accounts (monthly)Cash and Bank Accounts - reconciling the bank dailyNominal Ledger - preparing VAT Returns, EC Sales Returns and Intrastat ReturnsPayroll (weekly and monthly) working with Brightpay softwareSupport the Managing Director with any administration as required and assist with HR processesThe PersonApplicants will have 3+ years accounts experience to Trial Balance stageApplicants will be extremely well organised and efficient and will be able to prioritise workloadApplicants will have excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with both staff at all levels and customers alikeExperience working with computerised accounting software, ideally Xero software and Brightpay would be advantageousIf you are looking for a new part time opportunity and have the relevant accounts and finance experience, please get in touch with Lizzy Lyons on and email
