Reed Accountancy & Finance are excited to be working with a client within the manufacturing and service industry based in Belfast and are actively recruiting for a French speaking Accounts Payable Specialist to join their finance team.This is a full time permanent opportunity.Key Responsibilities will include:Management of the French supplier accounts and liaising with suppliers on a daily basis using French language.Accurate and timely matching and coding of supplier invoices to the purchase ledgerScrutiny of invoices to ensure they are accurate and correctly chargedManage the invoice approval workflow, including following up with budget holders for approvalManage supplier relationships, including regular communicationPreparation of supplier statement reconciliationsPreparation of supplier payment runsProcess employee cash and credit card expense claimsAssistance with the preparation and processing of intercompany rechargesSupporting senior team members with ad hoc accounting tasks.The Person/Skills RequiredFluency in the French language, both spoken and writtenExcellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with people at all levelsPrevious accounts payable experience (high volume)Strong organisational and time management skills to meet strict targetsAble to work on their own initiativePossess a methodical approach to workPossess a high standard of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detailContinuous improvement mind-setEssential CriteriaExperience in a similar accounts payable processing roleExcellent IT skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications and accounting softwareExcellent organizational skills with excellent attention to detailDesirableExperience of working in a global organisation, with individuals from different backgroundsPlease contact Lizzy Lyons on at your earliest convenience, and email an up to date cv to
