Job Description

Company OverviewAs their name would suggest conveyancing is what they do atYour Conveyancer. Residential conveyancing and specifically purchase, sale and remortgage is their core business and indeed it is all that they do unlike most legal firms whereit is usually an adjunct to other legal servicesDue to continued growth, Your Conveyancer are looking for three motivated and driven individuals to join their team. As an Apprentice Case Manager, you will be processing mortgages from applications to completion whilst liaising and communicating with clients,lenders, estate agents and solicitors.If you would like to work for a company that promotes and supports career development, apply below!Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily use of outlook to respond to any email queries both internal and external
  • Answering all incoming claims enquiries from customers and log information onto Solcase and Visualfiles (case management system)
  • Obtaining detailed and accurate statements and logging onto internal Your Conveyancer database
  • processing mortgages from applications to completion
  • Liaising and communicating with clients, lenders, estate agents and solicitors
  • Assessing the validity of documents and organising paperwork to ensure the case can progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Using computer programmes such as Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Answering clients phone calls in a polite and professional manner

AdditionalInformation:
  • Salary - £14,000 (Performance salary reviews)
  • 9AM - 5PM, Monday - Friday
  • Progression routes available.
