Phoenix Therapy and Care provides bespoke support services to children and adults affected by illness, injury and disability. Our current Care Inspectorate rating is very good and we pride ourselves on person-centred, empowering and positive values.This job role forms part of a small team providing high quality care and support to an intelligent man who has an acquired brain injury. Our service user continues his rehabilitation programme at home with support from family and professionals alike. Heis very determined to gain as much independence as is possible and will push himself to achieve his goals. Our service user has many interests including cooking, gardening, upcycling furniture and outdoor activities.We are looking for a Bank Support Worker who has an insight into working in the family home and the ability to adapt to this unique working environment. As well as supporting our service user with his personal care, the post holder will facilitatehis social activities and interests.
