As an Autism Practitioner, experience of working within social care is desirable but not essential as we are seeking to appoint people whoshare our values, COLLABORATION, COMPASSION, CHANGE MAKERS, CONTRIBUTION, and have an interest in building relationships. We will support you to learn and develop within the role and offer an extensive autism-specific trainingprogramme. On a day-to-day basis, Autism Practitioners enable supported individuals to take part in their chosen activities, maintain their tenancies and support individuals to make informed choices that matter.
