Job Description

Three Bridges Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of our leading Dunfermline based organisation for an Accounts Payable Assistant. Job As an Accounts Payable Assistant you will be involved in the following:
  • Processing high volumes of supplier invoices daily
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Maintaining new suppliers/bank details
  • Check and process staff expenses
  • General supplier queries
  • Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
YouAs an Accounts Payable Assistant you will be skilled or qualified in the following:
  • Experience in the above responsibilities
  • IT literate in all Microsoft packages and a widely used finance system
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and work as a team
