Brook Street (UK) Ltd is working with our public sector client in Dundonald to supply a Band 2 Audio Typist on a Full time basisThe post holder will provide a typing service in respect if both inpatient and outpatient letters using the Patient Centre systemMain duties and responsibilities include the following- Typing of inpatient and outpatient letters from audiotapes and arranging follow-up- Inputting Data to Computerised Systems. - Organising and performing clerical tasks related to this service. - Covering for other secretarial staff as required during periods of absence- Photocopying and operation of fax machine as requiredOur client requests that the successful candidate should have a minimum of 4 GCSE`s including English (or equivalent) or at minimum 1 year Typing experience.
