Job Description

Permanent Support Workers (Various Hours) £9.50 per hour, East DunbartonshireThe VacancyCare to join us Then come reach your full potential at Quarriers.Do you have a passion for people and care about helping others live fulfilling lives We are looking for caring individuals who share Quarriers values.Quarriers have Investors in People Platinum accreditation.We also pay sleepover hours at £9.50 per hour.Quarriers East Dunbartonshire Services are located in Bishopbriggs, Kirkintilloch, Lenzie, Milton of Campsie, Lennoxtown, Bearsden & Milingavie. We are looking for Part Time Support Workers to assist in the provision of individualised support to adults, young people and/or children, with a wide range of disabilities, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.You will support people with all aspects of their day to day living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility, household chores and meal times. This can be in people’s own homes or in the community, which often involves travelling to different people’s houses. Evening and weekend contracts available.Desirable qualities include: fitness, good communication skills, an interest in sport, and good interpersonal skills.
