We are looking for Part Time Support Workers to assist in the provision of individualised support to adults, young people and/or children, with a wide range of disabilities, either on an individual 1:1 basis or alongside others and as part of a team.You will support people with all aspects of their day to day living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility, household chores and meal times. This can be in people’s own homes or in the community, which often involves travelling to different people’s houses. Evening and weekend contracts available.Desirable qualities include: fitness, good communication skills, an interest in sport, and good interpersonal skills.
