Job Description

HR AdvisorA giant within the mobile power solutions industry is looking for an HR Advisor to join their team in Dumbarton on an initial 3 month contract with the possibility of extensions.Role SpecificationThe successful HR Advisor will be supporting UK HR and reporting into Head of HR (UK). The position will focus on Employee Relations (return to work etc.) and project work, with a good breadth to the role. Also will be ensuring managers are supported internally.Skills / Experience Required

  • Confident individual who is passionate about HR
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong relationship builder
  • Ability to push back professionally or challenge where required
  • Full HR lifecycle experience
  • Somebody who can be dedicated to the collective consultation process, who can support the managers through this process, take minutes and guide the process.
  • CC experience preferred, HRA level or above
  • Experience with redundancies
