We are proud to be helping a fantastic home care provider find a full-time Home Care Supervisor to work in a well-established office covering East & West Dunbartonshire and surrounding areas of Glasgow.Pay Rates & Benefits

Job description and responsibilities As a Home Care Supervisor, you will be part of a team responsible for leading, supervising, and supporting Care Assistants. It will be your responsibility to ensure staff deliver outstanding care and give peace of mind to their customers, their families,and loved ones while keeping them safe in their homes.
  • You will be assisting with the creation of new care plans and the reviewing of existing care packages.
  • You will be required to ensure your customers receive the highest quality service.
  • You will assist in bringing on new customers to help grow the business with domiciliary care visits and live-in care packages.
  • You will supervise and guide the Care Assistants to deliver outstanding care to all customers for every visit.
  • Provide Care Assistants with a mentor and someone to guide them during their employment.
  • You will be part of the on-call team supporting customers and staff out-of-hours.

  • Previous experience in social care with a minimum of SVQ Level 3 in health and social care or working towards an SVQ Level 3.
  • You must have a full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle with the ability to add Class 1 Business Insurance.
  • Able to lead and work as part of a team, and self-motivated.
  • Strong organisation skills.

  • Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business and as directed by your line manager.
