The successful applicant will gain experience in a wide range of technologies including; web development, database design, maintenance and configuration, telephonysystems and their development and project management.The Graduate will form part of a dynamic and growing software development team and play a key role in the ongoing development and maintenance of the software products.Major ongoing projects include the redevelopment of the flagship product to a modern web front end, development of client required ad hoc work and the relaunch of their flagship telephony solution.About the CompanyWith over 20 years of experience in the field, this company has an expanding client base with ongoing technical requirements that they fulfil.They also have a key focus on continuing to innovate their software offerings by utilising modern technologies to deliver enhanced user interaction and functionality.Key Responsibilities:

• To skill up and gain detailed knowledge of the software products developed and maintained by them.
• To skill up on the latest web development environments and technologies.
• To enhance the user experience by developing modern web front ends for their solutions.
• To project manage and deliver their clients software requirements.
• To assist in the ongoing database design, configuration and maintenance of the database element of their software solutions.
• To help deliver innovation proactively through enhancing current solutions and developing new ones.

Required Experience:

• Undergraduate Degree, Postgraduate Degree, Masters Degree in Computer Science or other relevant IT Discipline.
• Knowledge of programming/software development.
• Knowledge of database structures.
• Windows Operating Systems.
• Ability to plan projects and meet target dates.
• Project Management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously or in a team.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of Asterisk open source PBX.
• IT Security.
• Knowledge of Linux based Operating Systems.
• Knowledge of Progress Openedge databases.
• Programming experience in: Progress Openedge, Angular 2, Bootstrap, Javascript, jQuery, HTML5.
