Job Description

Halcyon Care (West Midlands) Ltd is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers in Dudley and the surrounding areas. A drivers licence is beneficial but not required for this role.Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.At Halcyon Care, we prioritise the well-being of our staff and empower them to provide exceptional care for our clients.   • Applicants must be based locally and legally eligible to work in the UK.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in the UK care industry.
  • DBS on update service.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
  • Professionalism and reliability.
  • Experience in or familiarity with the following: Supported Living, Residential Care, Working with Challenging Behaviours, Mental Health and Forensic Services, 1:1 Care, Specialist Support Work.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Supporting individuals with daily activities.
  • Assisting with community outings.
  • Utilising public transport with clients.
  • Meal preparation.
  • Providing personal care.
  • Promoting independence.
  • Encouraging individuals to complete tasks independently.
