Proactive Personnel currently have an exciting opportunity for shopfitters based around the Dudley/ Wolverhampton area to work on various contracts for our rapidly growing client.The contracts will be nationwide and vary from high end retail stores to supermarkets and showrooms. Candidates must be willing to work away for long periods of time and work up to 12 hour days/ nights.You will typically be working 8-10 hour day shifts. You are paid a minimum day rate based on 10 hours, however depending on work and work location, your shift may be shorter than this. On these occasions you are still paid the minimum day rate.We are looking for an experienced fitter who not only has vast experience in all aspects of shopfitting, but who also has proven experience managing teams, problem solving and communicating with clients. You will be working closely with our other supervisors,project Managers and labour manager to ensure all our projects are completed on time to a high standard.You must:
