You will be required to teach KS3 and KS4 in Science.Duties will include:Developing interesting lesson plans and curriculum, collaborating with other teachersYou will enable students to take responsibility for their own learning as well as promoting a high standard of behaviour, test and assignments to support and consolidate learningPreparation and planning lessonsMarking and schemes of workSupervising student progressManaging classroom disciplineQualifications Required:The successful candidate will possess a Teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome to apply)Specialist in this subject area with at least 6 months experience teaching KS3 and KS4 ScienceExperience of planning, delivering, assessing and evaluating teaching and learningThe ability to demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject area and the ability to provide timely, accurate and effective feedback on learners attainment.Start/closing dates: As soon as possible - July 2024Interview dates: As soon as possibleType of employment: Full time.
