Job Description

We are seeking an experience School Administrator to support with the running of a Primary School in Dudley. About the School:Tradewind are currently working with a three-form entry Primary School in Dudley, rated "GOOD" at its last OFSTED inspection. The school is a bright and jolly school where the pupils are happy and keen to learn. The staff have built a great rapport withthe children and in turn the behaviour management is exceptional with their firm, but fair approach.About the Role: The role will consist of carrying out various administrative duties, acting as a gatekeeper for the school leadership team and being the friendly and approachable face of the school. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out filing duties.
  • Confidently answering phone calls and taking information.
  • Dealing with sensitive information in line with GDPR.
  • Having a high level of proficiency with Microsoft programmes including Word and Excel.
  • Using school administration programmes such as SIMS
