SALES SUPPORT COORDINATORKINGSWINFORD, DUDLEYUP TO £25,000 + BENEFITSTHE OPPORTUNITY:We are exclusively recruiting for an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join a highly successful business within the Dudley area.This is an exciting opportunity to support the sales team that is continuing to expand due to the success of the business. As a long-standing business, theyve got an impressive portfolio of customers within the industry and as a result, theyve become recognisedas the go to company for their products.An excellent opportunity for a career minded individual who is keen to join a fast-paced business.THE SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR ROLE:

  • Working in a busy team providing support the Account Manager team
  • Conducting research into key businesses who are existing clients of the business
  • Proactively contacting businesses to conduct research and to locate key project managers to understand current project details
  • Passing the key research to the Account Managers to follow up to conduct sales activity
  • Answering incoming calls for the sales team
  • Following up on inbound enquiries, understanding their needs and handing over to the Account Manager team
THE PERSON:
  • Experienced in any of the following roles would make you suitable for this position; Sales Support Coordinator, Sales Administrator, Account Manager, Telemarketing, Customer Service (Proactive).
  • Confident individual with the ability to build instant relationships
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Computer literate
