Job Description

SALES & LETTINGS ADMINISTRATORDUDLEYBasic salary £19,000 to £20,000Our client is a well-established local estate agent dealing with both sales and lettings in the Dudley and surrounding areas They are currently looking to add to their existing team based at their Dudley branchThe ideal candidate will have preferably both sales and lettings experience alongside vert strong administration skillsThe Sales & Lettings Administrator role briefly includes:

  • Effectively handling incoming queries for both sales and lettings
  • Liaising with vendors, purchasers and all other associated parties
  • Processing administration for property sales
  • Liaising with landlord clients to confirm the details of marketing for each property
  • Overseeing the administration, applications and referencing process
  • Generating tenancy agreements and dealing with tenancy renewals
  • Arranging the move ins at all properties
  • Ensuring all administration remains compliant throughout processes
  • Key Skills required:
  • Previous Sales & Lettings Administration experience
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and over the telephone
  • Thorough approach to all duties undertaken
  • Delivering first class customer service at all times
  • Strong IT knowledge
  • Able to work effectively in a fast paced environment
  • Ensuring any targets and deadlines are secured
