Sales ConsultantDudley (DY2)OTE £35,000 - £40,000We are currently recruiting a Sales Consultant for an iconic family-owned furniture retailer based from their store in Dudley (DY2). The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantasticperiod of growth.The ideal Sales Consultant:- Must have experience in face to face, consultative and/or commission based sales.- Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport- Be confident and highly motivated- Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance.The successful Sales Consultant can look forward to being part of an on-going growth plan within an award winning company that truly Rewards, Recognises & Invests in your career development, both financially and progressively.First year basic salary plus guarantees £17 - £19k + individual commission up to 4% a genuine OTE of c£35,000 - £40,000+ (the top 10% of sales people across the business earning in excess of £50,000+) Second year basic c£10-£15k with a second yearOTE of £40-£45k.
