We are working with one of the leading firms in the West Midlands firm, who have a vacancy for a Residential Property Lawyer.Joining one of their offices in the Black Country, you will be managing a full residential property caseload in a busy department to include sales/purchases of freehold and leasehold property.If you have at least 12 months experience in managing your own residential property caseload, please apply! You must be able to show that you have demonstrable experience in the sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold land to include newbuild work. It is very important that you can show excellent client care skills, that you are able to work within a busy team and well under pressure.
