To ensure we offer one to one support on a individual needs basis to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a residential setting, in a person centred way.You will be responsible and registered with CQC and ensure that we always deliver great outcomes for the people we support.You will be responsible for the commercial performance of the location, the allocation of the teams, fees etc and ensuring that individual we support have clear assessments, and outcome plans- that are SMART.You will need to ensure that 44 Sedgley is a truly person-centred place to live and that individuals we support, and our colleagues are treated as individuals regardless.Key Responsibilities:1. To monitor and support the delivery of person-centred approach, which encompasses a mental health recovery and re-enablement model to ensure positive outcomes for the people we support.2. To monitor and support the health and safety of the individuals we support and our colleagues.3. To ensure that the actions of our team members directly supporting individuals reflects best practice and continue to support their care, protection, and well-being, and in compliance with external regulations, standards and monitoring bodies.4. To provide supervision and support to Deputy Managers, Team Leaders and/or Senior Support Workers through effective recruitment and selection, coaching and performance management as well as support to manage their team.5. To ensure effective financial administration of the services delivered, through the effective deployment of staff and budgets.6. To use the IT system available to allow you to effectively manage your team members, incidents, quality assurance, training and occupancy.7. To work effectively with external agencies to promote the work of the company and to increase referrals and placements within the location for which you are responsible for in line with defined business targets.8. To develop knowledge and skill of staff teams through effective inductions, providing mandatory & specific training to meet the needs of the people we support, as and when required.9. To develop own knowledge and practice relative to continuous service improvement & self-developmentFor each area of service delivery:Monitor, report and advise on the development methods and systems to communicate, record and report.
