Job Description

Finance - Inbound Call TeamDudley£17,500 per annumFTC (6 Months)Rentokil Initial is a FTSE100 organisation in the UK and we are one of the largest business services companies in the world including a number of global brands including Rentokil, Initial and Ambius. We have also recently been voted Glassdoors Best Place to Work in 2020 Employees choice and we have been voted top rates workplace in 2019 by indeed.We are currently recruiting for a Query Analyst to join our established Inbound Call Finance team in Dudley.The Query Analyst will be responsible for Customer Service and complaints handling from inbound calls. This covers a wide range of queries and issues to ensure you are delivering excellent customer service.Key responsibilities will include the following;

  • Handling inbound calls and ensuring customers are receiving a high quality service
  • Adhering to SLAs for invoice disputes and queries
  • Customer refunds and credit notes
  • Control and monitor daily query levels
  • PO Management
  • General customer administration
  • Looking into customer complaints
  • Any ad hoc admin queries that arise
    • RequirementsTo be considered for the Query Analyst position you will ideally have the following;
  • Experience of receiving high volumes of inbound calls
  • Experience working in a customer services environment
  • Solid Excel skills
  • Experience working with a credit management system would be advantageous
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Be able to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst working to strict timelines
  • Show passion and have a "can do" attitude
