Job Description

QEHS Coordinator£35,000 Per AnnumDudleyFixed Term Contract (6 months) on goingA focused QEHS Coordinator required to join the UK quality teamThis primary function of the role is to take responsibility of processing product returns, to establish the cause of the returns and analyse the data to drive improvements throughout the business. 80% Quality & 20% H&S and its a hands-on role

  • Ability to effectively organise workload and prioritise to achieve successful closure against agreed timeframes.
  • Has a passion for establishing root cause and initiating change based on proven data.
  • A methodical approach to establishing and collating root cause data
  • Works effectively as a team and can communicate to areas of the business including external touch points.
  • Has a positive approach to the creation and enhancement of processes
  • Has a passion for ensuring that the company remains a safe and clean environment.
  • Processing customer/ engineer returns in an effective, timely manner with an aim to establish and capture the root cause.
  • Analysing the return data collected to be drive improvements throughout the business.
  • Controlling the return to supplier of nonconforming purchased product identified via manufacturing and customer/ engineer returns.
  • Assist in the effective running, maintenance, and enhancement of the companys Health & Safety procedures.
  • Assist in the creation and continued maintenance of the companys desire to introduce robust Environmental processes and procedures.
