Plumber - DudleyAn exciting new opportunity has arisen in the Dudley area for a Plumber.£16.37 - 318.37 PAYE.This is a full-time position.Roles and Responsibilities:The candidate shall need to be sufficiently competent to carry out a wide range of general plumbing works to various client sites, including domestic dwellings, communal areas, Sheltered Housing Schemes. As a minimum the candidate must to able to undertakethe following activities to a consistently satisfactory standard;* Installation or repair of kitchen units, worktop, sinks, glazed and floor tiling and associated plumbing.* Installation or repair of bathroom, shower and WC suites, glazed and floor tiling and associated plumbing.* Installation or renewal of hot and cold water tanks and cylinders* Installation or renewal of rain water goods and soil pipes* Installation or repair of underground water services (including excavation, where necessary)* Installation or renewal of lead flashing or other specified material.* General pipe work/fittings installation or replacement appropriate to NVQ Level 3.* All craft post holders are required to undertake a range of multi skilling, in order to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.The position of plumber will also be regularly required to undertake;* Carpentry - removal and installation of kitchen units, and bathroom suites and associated timber and stud work, e.g. skirting, architraves, airing cupboards, etc* Plaster patching - patching to areas of work, e.g. preparation for glazed wall tiling, and making good where required.* Brickwork - make good to holes in brickwork, make good flooring, point up lead works, making good where required.* Electrical - replacement of earth bonds, re-fitting of showers and immersion heatersIf you are intersted in this role, contact Lucas on , or email
