Job Description

Parts Sales Executive

  • Dudley Area
  • £25,000 - £30,000, depending on experience + Likely OTE £35,000
  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 5:30 - NO WEEKENDS!
My client, the largest stock and production accessory provider in the UK, is looking for a Parts Sales Executive to join their team. ThisParts Sales Executive role is a great opportunity, with no weekends and great earning potential!About the Parts Sales Executive Role:
  • To increase the companys sales and long-term prospects to existing and potential customers by promoting our products and services through promotional telephone calls, e-marketing and minimal face to face selling.
  • The sales we do are often repeat selling. Your challenge as aParts Sales Executive will be to sell an increased product range to these customers.
  • Researching the target market and finding companies to target.
  • Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by the Sales Manager.
  • Progressing towards activity targets and KPIs set by the Sales Manager.
  • Updating the CRM and inputting information on the customers.
  • Ensure that the level of customer satisfaction is at a high level.
  • Process customers enquiries and orders in accordance with the companys business system.
  • Provide sound technical and styling advice to customers.
  • Take an active role in resolving customers queries and complaints in line with company policy. At all times maintaining the companys ethos on customer satisfaction, without allowing the customers to take undue advantage.
  • Take a proactive role in gathering market intelligence and reporting this information to management.
About you:
  • To be a team player who has previous experience in a sales role.
  • Self-motivated and organised individual.
  • Track record of achieving KPIs and targets.
  • You will need to be able to quickly build rapport. We prospect on the phone new and existing customers and new contacts.
  • You must be comfortable asking open questions that allow you to take control of the conversation and yet the customer does the talking to enable you to get the facts required to progress towards a sale.
  • Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
  • We are selling to the automotive sector. You dont have to be an expert; however, you will need to know the anatomy of a truck.
  • You must get a buzz out of making a profit.
  • We sell to customers all over the UK, you will need to be empathetic and have good listening skills.
