Job Description

Mortgage Administrator - DudleyPRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking a Full Time Mortgage Administrator to join a Mortgage Advisory partner firm of Primis Mortgage Network’s Mortgage Advisory operation based in the Dudley area supporting 2 advisors based in Dudley and Perton.The role is Maternity Cover and is expected to last 10 months. The possibility of the role extending exists, or, should the role not extend, then we have numerous firms recruiting for Mortgage Administrators, so, the likelihood of finding a similar role within a PRIMIS partnered firm is very strong.Our highly valued AR partner are a dynamic, successful Mortgage & Protection advisory business looking to grow their business with the addition of a Mortgage Administrator.The administrator will be responsible for assisting 2 local advisors, focusing on mortgage and protection business. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate professionalism and be comfortable dealing with clients and introducers.We are ideally looking for a minimum 1 years independent mortgage administration experience in either Financial Services or an Estate Agency environment.Competitive base salary of £20,000 with a OTE of £24,000 inc bonus paid quarterlyResponsibilities:

  • Regular liaison with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status
  • Proactively progress mortgage and protection applications through to completion
  • Dealing with incoming calls, emails and post
  • Point of contact for introducers
  • Book client appointments
  • Data entry of mortgage & protection applications
    • Skills & Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 1 years mortgage administration experience.
  • Ability to resolve problems quickly & efficiently.
  • Outstanding communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
  • Demonstrate a confident telephone manner & excellent customer service.
  • A team player with ability to use own initiative.
