Job Description

SEMH Maths Teacher required to teach small groups of Key Stage 3 & 4 students up to GCSE. Are you a qualified Maths Teacher with SEMH experience Are you looking for a supportive school with a dynamic and passionate team This small SEMH school is lookingfor a Maths Teacher who is passionate about their subject, and has a real love for teaching! This school has a small team of teaching and support staff who strive to make a difference. You will be teaching maths to small classes of no more than 8 students,and will be supported by a minimum of one TA in each lessons.As a Maths Teacher you will be challenged to deliver lessons that stretch and engage students who no longer attend mainstream education. This school required a Maths Teacher who is able to differentiate lessons and reengage students with Maths! You will holdfull planning and marking responsibilities, and be given the freedom to think outside of the box. The leadership are supportive and you will feel like part of the team from day one. This role requires a QTS or QTLS Maths teacher, experience working with challengingbehaviour is desirable.Job Role:

  • Teaching across the Maths curriculum to Key Stages 3 & 4
  • Leading GCSE Maths booster sessions for students that require additional support
  • Breaking down barriers to education and making English accessible to all students
  • Inspiring an interest and enjoyment in Maths!
