Job Description

My well-established Financial Services Company based in Dudley are looking for a Marketing & Product Administrator to join their team on a full time & permanent basis to support the Sales & Marketing Department and marketing plan within the business.Key Duties: -

  • Assist with the design and proof reading of advertising and promotional material.
  • Ensure the companys website is kept up to date
  • Daily management of the companys social media platforms & overseeing the online presence.
  • Process product changes & preparing reprinting of literature.
  • Liaising with all departments / branches to ensure they have a sufficient supply of compliant marketing literature.
  • Assist with the implementation of digital products, such as SEO marketing & social media initiatives.
  • Review and improve the Societys website.
  • Providing timely updates to sourcing companies on any updates to changes of the Societys products.
  • Ensuring products are displayed accurately across sourcing platforms.
  • Preparing and issuing minutes or reports ready for meetings.
  • General administration
  • Monitoring of branded marketing materials ensuring sufficient stock & completing stationary orders for branches
  • Organising and attending marketing events/sponsorship events.
  • Arranging the logistics for events
  • Creating & sending out monthly mailers
  • Completing product research and assisting in the development of products and efficiently completing product set up processes.
Key Skills: -
  • You will hold a Marketing Qualification to support the role and a keen interest in Marketing.
  • If you have worked within the Financial Services sector previously this would be advantageous.
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills with good attention to detail
  • Excellent administrative skills and be familiar with MS Office & Google Analytics
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Organised with good time management skills the able to prioritise workload
  • Team player with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexible to work additional hours when attending marketing events
My client offers hybrid working following successful completion of training and probationary period considered.
