Job Description

Trinity House Group are currently working with an award winning, high performing, manufacturing business who are recruiting for a qualified or part qualified accountant (ACA,ACCA,CIMA) to join them as a Management Accountant based in either Dudley or Shewsbury(1 day on site)The role has full responsibility for the management accounts of all UK entities as well as having a real focus on analysis and improving systems.The role offers a great package, a relaxed work environment with good work/life balance and as little as 1day a week in the officeKey Duties, Management Accountant, £50,000- £55,000, Dudley or Shrewsbury (1day on site)

  • To operate as a Management Accountant providing financial analysis and input on key reporting requirements
  • Secure timely and accurate business insights are produced for proper business performance management enabling better decision making and business steering.
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
  • Leverage from existing systems, automation, data transformation and visualization tools to support in creating a more data driven, informed and insight-based finance
  • Participating in business reviews and support with comments and insights. 
  • Support analysis of past and current business trends in keys areas such as revenues, costs, margins, working capital, CAPEX and cash flow
  • Support on budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure higher accuracy, deviations analysis and recommendations
Key Skills & Experience, Management Accountant, £50,000- £55,000, Dudley or Shrewsbury (1day on site)
  • Qualified or Part Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Comfortable with standard Management Accounts (P&L’s, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow etc)
  • Service and solution oriented
  • Problem solving
  • Communication (clear, influential, straightforward and objective)
