• Salary:Up to£18,000 per annum (Actual Take Home Salary Pre Tax)
• Hours:37.5 hours per week

We are a co-educational day school catering for pupils aged 7-18 with a range of complex needs including a range of social, emotional and mental health needs and also pupils who have been diagnosed with autismor demonstrate behaviours associated with autism.This opportunity is in Dudley, within commutable distance of Wolverhampton, Birmingham and surrounding areas.The opportunityEnjoy a rewarding education career and have a real impact on Children’s lives. Each individual has so much potential, and they will rely on you to guidetheir learning journeys.You will help prepare learning materials and run classroom activities, with plenty of hands-on experience and some supervision too. You will take responsibility for their emotional and physical needs, supporting them to develop as individuals and engagewith the world.Supporting children with complex Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs is important and rewarding work, and you will benefit from the tremendous support offered by our hugely experienced teams. As you help our children and young people achieve realand significant progress, you will enjoy having a direct, positive impact on their developing lives.Who we are looking forIf you come from hospitality, the army, outdoor activity centres or an office-based job but are eager to help vulnerable children and young people to live happy, fulfilling lives, this is the role for you. We will provide you with full training and developmentto succeed within your role.You will be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outside according to individual need. Taking a responsive and caring approach, you may be running classroom activities, leading outdoor experiences or supervising childrenas they explore further afield.Our schools are built on great teamwork and mutual support.
