Job Description

IT Systems Developer - DudleyMy Client are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to drive change and enhance efficiencies through digital technologies.Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess the need for process and technology changes.
  • Redesign and improve business processes using digital technologies.
  • Implement system development and process changes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Manage the impact of process changes and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Design and implement quality of life changes, balancing system requirements and stakeholder needs.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and data snapshots as requested, working with diverse data sets.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental IT projects and manage user expectations.
  • Maintain existing IT systems and address ad-hoc support and development requests.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
Additional Duties:
  • Maintain relationships with external partners.
Required Skills:
  • Visual Basic for Applications.
  • SQL.
  • Python (Pandas, Plotly, TkInter).
  • Proficiency in MS 365 Packages.
  • Strong workload management and prioritization.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivation.
Preferred Skills:
  • Business Analysis and Process Mapping.
  • Data Modeling.
  • Experience with Raspberry Pis.
  • Data visualization and reporting.
  • Customer-focused approach.
