Job Description

We are recruiting an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to work for a manufacturing company based inDudley. This is a tremendous opportunity for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to work for an expanding local business.The main objective of the role will be to ensure all clients are managed effectively and build up strong relationships." Contact customers to enquire about the project status and their interest in our quotations" Update 365 calendar & spreadsheet with status of project, date order expected, date required on site and so on" Manage the project live list. Keep on top of these projects and update the office notice board" Further develop existing key account agreements and customer base" Explore and chase customer pipeline opportunities to result in enquiries and sales" Deal with customer feedback & distribute feedback to appropriate parties (Estimators)Respond to, and answer customer queries by telephone and email" Input new quotations for the Estimators onto the Outlook Chase Calendar" Help to build the companies media platform - updating social media siteswith news and latest projects, and interacting with other companies whomthe companywork with through this platformThe successful candidate will have the following skills :" Experience working in customer focused & office administration roles" Some knowledge of management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 or similar)." Excellent communication skills, verbally and written." Flexible and independent attitude to work."
