Job Description

The Company:

  • One of Europes leading distributors of factory automation products.
  • Turnover for this branch has increased year-on-year since the current Manager has been in the business.
  • Privately owned and very profitable.
  • Position comes with great career progression.
The Role:
  • Using technical knowledge to advise and quote customers on PLCS, HMIs and Low voltage equipment.
  • Assisting the external team with technical advice and providing solutions in factory automation.
  • The branch is processing 60 orders a day.
  • Mainly incoming business and account management but providing advice with new business quotes coupled with the external teams.
  • Liaising with OEMs on delivery times within multiple industries such as: Food & Beverage and Automotive Industries.
The Ideal Person:
  • The ideal person will have technical knowledge within factory automation.
  • Qualified by experience or HND/Degree educated.
  • Sales Experience is required: anyone who has done field or internal sales in their career within Electrical Wholesale or factory automation.
  • Experience quoting into OEMs would be advantageous.
