Health & Safety Project AdministratorDudleyPermanent Salary (DOE)An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Project Administrator to join The Alan Nuttall Partnership LTD based in Dudley, West Midlands.The Alan Nuttall Partnership Ltd is an innovative retail display Manufacturer. An award-winning Employee-Owned Partnership, with two divisions and almost 700 thousand square feet of dedicated production and logistics space, the Partnership designs, manufactures and installs interior display equipment for all areas of food, retail, leisure and commercial environments. Offering market leading products along with extensive prototyping resources, they remain at the forefront of new display solutions development, whilst also offering bespoke furniture and fit out, built to client specification.Due to continued success in the Partnerships endeavours, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven H & S Project Administrator who is responsible for providing the necessary support and activities as well as carrying out operational duties.As H & S Project Administrator, you will be reporting directly to the Account Manager as well as working closely with the QESH Officer and rest of the passionate and knowledgeable teams within the business, to facilitate the teams activities so as to maximise performance and the solid long- lasting development of the Company.Your key responsibilities as project coordinator will be:-

  • Establish and develop productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts
  • To be fully conversant in all aspects of the internal procedures
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Act as a point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
  • Manage communications through the business
  • Prepare paperwork aligned to job specific tasks
  • Keep updated records and create reports
  • Support growth and program development
  • Co-ordinating the team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Demonstrates ability to encompass all aspects of the Co-ordinator role
  • Ideally you will have experience of working within Health and Safety in a retail manufacturing environment and will have relevant experience in providing administrative support and working to strict deadlines. This is the perfect role for an organised H&S Project Administrator who is detail oriented and has excellent communication skills.As a busy and exciting Partnership, youll bring with you a proven ability to work within a fast paced, environment.
