Permanent Food Production Supervisor, DudleyOverviewCity Recruitment Group Engineering & Commercial division are currently recruiting for a Food Production Supervisor role working for a Food Manufacturing business on a permanent basis.Your new Food Production Supervisor roleThe ideal candidate will be a dynamic Production Supervisor who can improve productivity in a fast paced environment, lead activities that will improve productivity and reduce waste alongside an ambitious and driven mind-set. In return you can expect opportunities for progression. Entering the business as a Production Supervisor this position offers sizeable opportunities further within the business throughout Production and Operations. Leading a team of various personnel across Production, this role will report directly into the Senior leadership team. As a Food Production Supervisor you will lead a team to deliver KPIs across quality, cost and delivery on time against tight deadlines. You will continually drive team plans through training and development Instil and drive a strong continuous improvement culture through scrap reduction, SMED and TPM improvements. You will work closely with quality to help improve metrics across RFT and PPM. As a Food Production Supervisor you will identify and respond to under performing product lines with appropriate action plans. As a Food Production Supervisor you will also work and assist with the quality team to adhere to ISO9001 standards.
