Job Description

There has never been a better time to join my client for a rewarding career as they grow their expanding team.The purpose for the role is to deliver the deployment and optimisation of Allocates e-Rostering and e-Community solutions for the AHP and Community Nursing workforce.Candidates will be expected to join the trust and deliver the phases of implementation at pace and scale. All candidates must present with the following experience OR transferable skill set:- Degree level candidates- Prince2 qualified- Significant project management experience (5 years experience minimum)- Significant expertise in the deployment, training and configuration of the following Allocate solutions for Large Acute NHS Trusts and Community NHS Trusts:

  • v11 HealthRoster, SafeCare Live and RosterPerform
  • e-Community
  • e-Job Plan
    • - Excellent supplier (Allocate) and stakeholder engagement experience (Director level)- Experience of producing and maintaining Project Plans, RAID logs and Board papers- Ability to produce and manage workforce reports:
  • BI reporting from ESR
  • Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs etc.)
  • Data analysis including capacity planning and workforce redesign experience
  • PowerPoint presentation
