EMEA Payroll Specialist | Full time and Permanent | Dudley | Salary up to £55,000 | HybridAre you an experienced and detail-oriented payroll professional looking for a challenging opportunity to showcase your expertise in a global setting Ashley Kate are supporting a client who are seeking a skilled EMEA Payroll Specialist to join their dynamicand diverse team. As an integral part of our organization, you will play a key role in managing payroll processes for our EMEA regions. Key Responsibilities: ·Process and review payroll data for EMEA employees, including new hires, terminations, benefits, deductions, and timekeeping records. ·Ensure compliance with local payroll tax regulations and statutory requirements across EMEA countries. ·Liaise with external payroll vendors and other relevant third-party providers to streamline payroll operations and troubleshoot any issues. ·Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll, taxes, and deductions promptly and accurately. ·Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to update payroll policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring alignment with local regulations and company policies. ·Monitor and implement changes in payroll laws and tax rates, keeping the company informed and compliant with the latest developments. ·Participate in system upgrades or implementations related to payroll, working closely with IT and HR teams. Requirements: ·Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably with a focus on EMEA countries. ·In-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and legislation across multiple EMEA jurisdictions. ·Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. ·Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. ·High level of adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.If you meet the requirements of the role, please click below to apply!
