Job Description

Working alongside established fee earners in the firm on general corporate caseload - from M&As to shareholder purchase agreements.Client DetailsReputable legal 500 firm with regional presence.Description

  • Supporting the fee earners on projects including but not limited to:M&A transactions, financial transactions and information audits
  • Assisting with contracts review and management including terms and conditions of business and NDAs
  • Assisting with Companies House and company secretarial filings
  • Working with fee earner to review and appraise risks in contracts on major projects
Profile
  • LLB - LPC preferred but not necessary
  • Experience in a corporate field preferred but not essential
  • Background knowledge on corporate law
  • Must be located within 30 minutes commute of Dudley
