Job Description

Printer / Photocopier EngineerDudley areaPermanent OpportunityA brand-new opportunity to join this well-established supplier of printers, scanners and copiers. Due to imminent retirement of an existing engineer, we have a requirement for an additional engineer.The ideal candidate will be trained on the following Products - Ricoh, Sharp and Canon devices.The successful candidate must have:

  • Experience in a similar role installing office equipment essential

  • Excellent customer facing & communication skills
  • Excellent timekeeper
  • Smart appearance
  • Calm & professional under pressure
  • Clean driving licence
Duties & Responsibilities:Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and management software.Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners, printers.Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning Photocopiers.Writing diagnostic reports.Providing demonstrations and customer training.Managing orders and stock of new equipment, parts, and materials.Providing excellent customer support and service.Managing schedules and customer emergencies.Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.Location: Office based local to Dudley but engineers will be required to travel to other locations within the MidlandsHoliday: 21 days + Bank Holidays per annum.Salary: Negotiable depending upon experienceBenefits: Company car, fully expensed company mobile phone will also be provided, along with a company laptop.Lots of training and development opportunities for the right personAPPLY TODAY OR CALL MANDY on opt 2 TO DISCUSS
