Job Description

Im currently looking for a complaints handler for a large housing provider in the West Midlands,This is a full time role, offering a ongoing contract, working in an office enviromentRole: Complaints Handler Location: Walsall - Hybrid Salary: £17 Per Hour Paid Weekly Via UmbrellaContract Type: Ongoing TempKey AccountabilitiesFacilitate a resolution by bringing together the appropriate colleagues

  • Investigate all complaints from an impartial / unbiased view point, identifying the root cause and report clear and accurate lessons learned
  • Offer support and coach customer service colleagues to identify and handle complex queries at the first point of contact promoting first call resolution
  • Challenge other colleagues view point to ensure the right outcome for the customer
  • Be the main contact for customers during the complaint journey
  • Communicate with the customer using their preferred method of contact and facilitate visits to the customers home as and when appropriate
  • Keep the customer updated with timely and frequent information about progress towards resolving the issue
  • Respond immediately to customer complaints and manage the customer relationship until resolution
  • Escalate accordingly to ensure barriers for resolution are removed with the support of senior leaders
