Job Description

Alma Personnel are recruiting for their Dudley based Non profit organisation Business Administration Officer to join them at their prestigious site.The Business Administration Officer will be involved with a new initiative to help deliver and support this new and exciting programme.You will be providing administration support to the commercial team, being proactive in your approach with a proven track record of delivering business administrative support, to complete the task in hand either independently or collectively as a team.

  • Support with the content and marketing activities associated with the commercial sector
  • Provide business development support and advice to potential Investors, Innovators and challenge setters
  • All planning, preparation, operation and follow up work from the Hub, including the running of reports & tracking the Key Performance Indicators
  • Set up and manage a feedback mechanism with the pilot test clients e.g., investors,
  • Prepare updates and disseminate information, including regular progress reports
  • Support the wider team in the delivery of the programme.
  • Maintain the CRM system for your clients you are supporting, ensuring all entries are maintained accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure compliance with all companies processes relating to funding administration.
  • You may be required to undertake any other reasonable tasks commensurate with this role and/or within your capability to enable the company to realise its strategic objectives
A Level, HND or equivalent qualification/ level of experienceProject administration support qualification, Prince 2, agile, MSP desirablePrior experience working within a businessProven track record of supporting and administrating projects with multiple partnersExperience of using a variety of IT packages to a high standard including Word processing packages, spreadsheets and databasesIf you feel you have the right skills and attitude towards the commercial world, please apply now stating why you would be suitable for this position.
