Job Description

Spencer Clarke Groupare working closely alongsideDudley Councilto provide them withseveral Anti-Social Behaviour Officer’s to join their team ona 3-month interim contract which is highly likely to be extended on an ongoing basis.Rate of Pay£16-£20 per hour - Negotiable depending on experience. About the Role: To deliver a high quality, prompt, effective and appropriate response service to reports of anti-social behaviour, noise nuisance (including statutory nuisance), and hate incidents regardless of tenure.****Please note we are in communication with all hiring managers and where possible remote working will be made available as well interviews via telephone. ****Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for responding to and resolving reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB), noise nuisance (including statutory nuisance) and hate incidents across residential areas.
  • Be responsible for the development and delivery of prevention and diversionary tactics and activities relating to ASB.
  • To be responsible as the case manager for delivering customer focused and pro-active approaches to the investigation and sustainable resolution of ASB, noise nuisance and hate incidents.
  • Act as a professional witness where necessary and appropriate to do so and to attend and give evidence at court when required.
  • Be responsible for providing direct and indirect support and re-assurance to those who report ASB, noise nuisance or hate incidents.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all relevant information on managed cases on the ASB database and Electronic Document Management Systems.
  • Closely liaise with all customer-facing teams to meet business and service objectives, maintaining excellent working relationships.
