Job Description

JOB TITLE: AdministratorLOCATION: Dudley, DY4 7TRSALARY: 12.00 per hour, paid weekly.HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8am-4.30pm.CONTRACT: On-going temporary assignment.Office Angels are currently recruiting for an administrator to join our client in Dudley.The purpose of this role is to provide first-class service, ensuring that the best possible service is always provided, to the client and customer. Highly supportive of the team around you, you will demonstrate strong team working skills and the abilityto work with people at all levels.Some duties to include:

  • Managing telephone queries
  • Managing mail
  • Administration and Office Support
  • Electronic Filing
Necessary Skills or Requirements:
  • Enhanced customer service skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
