Job Description

Internal Sales Account ManagerKingswinfordBasic Salary £26,000 per annumGenerous Uncapped Monthly Commission (Forecasted Earnings £35,000-£50,000) + Company Healthcare and Pension SchemeA respected supplier and distributor based in Kingswinford, due to continued success are looking for a tenacious, driven, individual with previous B2B sales experience to join their expanding team.This opportunity demands a talented and driven account manager with proven sales experience.The role will involve working on many house accounts, ensuring that business is maintained and cultivated as well as prospecting new customers to drive sales forward for the geographical area managed.Responsibilities:

  • Comfortable with cold calling as well as generating their own leads via internet research/social media/press and other applicable channels.
  • Proven track record of selling into existing and new accounts. Able to cross sell and up sell.
  • Able to work well on their own and as part of an area sales team alongside area Rep.
  • Good time management and a good understanding of maths/profit & loss, turnover and margin.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Enthusiastic and sociable.
The role is office based with the occasional customer visit/sales rep accompaniment (2-3 times per annum).Benefits:Generous Uncapped Monthly Commission (Forecasted Earnings £35,000-£50,000) + Company Healthcare and Pension SchemeCar Parking available but close to public transport so although someone with a driving license would be preferred it is not critical.Working Hours:Office based, Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm with an hour lunch break.
