2nd Line Support Engineer Up to £34,000 + Car + Benefits Dudley, West Midlands (Office/Field Based)A fantastic opportunity arisen for an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an award-winning Managed Service Provider based in the Midlands, that provide IT, Networking and Cyber Security solutions to a large portfolio of public and private sectorclients.Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer, who is ideally skilled in all of the following: Windows Servers, Office 365, MS Exchange, Anti-Virus & Firewall software, Active Directory, Veeam Backup, NetworkingInfrastructure, LAN/WAN, Cisco routers/switches, DHCP, Hyper-V, VM-Ware, Azure & Barracuda.This position is office/field based, so it is essential that applications are located in the West Midlands and possess a full UK driving license. As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will work alongside a close-knit team of engineers, providing server, desktop and networking support to customers over the phone, via email and remote access. You will manage 1st line and 2nd line tickets, escalating anycomplex issues to the wider support team, as well as providing guidance and support to the 1st line support team.What are we looking for
