The company have worked hard to make their team members feel valued by offering many employee benefits and are also happy to accommodateworking from home with a Hybrid working model.About the Job:The successful candidate will be delivering important energy, carbon control and reduction targets to the companies clients by:* Researching, evaluating, coordinating, and promoting all relevant environmental and energy legislation (includes carbon).* Overseeing the delivery of compliance, energy, and carbon reduction services to new and existing clients.* Assist in delivering agreed revenue streams from ECA reduction services.* Preparing correspondence, reports, and notices in support of ECA services to senior management team.* Working collaboratively to support Senior Management, Client Account Managers, and external partners.* Managing client data from ECAs key systems to generate benefit and opportunity reports.* Liaise, support and schedule external auditing resource for site visits.* Attending client meeting at ECA head office and at client sites as and when required.* Monitoring and report on plan performance in a timely manner.* Effectively manage any project work both internal and external* Maintaining an efficient paper & electronic filing system ensuring that information is easily accessible, stored neatly, thinned when appropriate and archived at set intervals.About you:* You will be a recent Graduate, Ideally in Geography or Environmental studies* You will enjoy problem solving.* You will have experience with data analysis, either via your studies or via work experience.* You will have experience creating spreadsheets, making calculations, and producing reports.* Be a confident communicator both in a written form and verbally as you will be required to obtain data from Customers and work effectively in a team.* Be organised and able to prioritise workload.What would make you stand out* Knowledge about CarbonWhats in it for you* Competitive salary £20,000-£22,000 (PA) depending on experience* Supportive and Friendly office environment* Flexibility with the option of Hybrid working after Induction period.* Free on-site parking* Life Insurance* Casual dress policy* Regular Company events and socials* An excellent health and Wellbeing package including Private medical and dental insurance AND Gym Membership* You will receive a competitive company pension, sick pay, and additional leave when you need it must.* Opportunity for additional reward through the companies Referral program.Keywords: Graduate Energy Consultant, Graduate scheme, Graduate Energy and carbon consultant, Energy sector, Carbon reduction.***Verus Recruitment Partners are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy and is an Equal Opportunities Employer***
