Working within their machine shop, they are looking to recruit a CNC Machinist to join their team on a permanent basis.The CNC Machinist will be primarily working in producing various tools for sectors including Oil and Gas, Mining and medium to heavy engineering sectors. They will be responsible for setting, operating and part programming on both lathes and machining centres.If you are a CNC Machinist with some, or all, of the following qualifications, skills & experience, we want to hear from you:* Ideally be apprentice trained CNC Machinist or have at least 5+ years experience.* Experience in setting and operating/part programming on Fanuc based controls.* Experience in batch work* Have input towards continuous improvement, process and tooling* Ideally have Crane and Slinging certificatesThe business is a specialist in what they do, well established and a genuine leader in their field.
