Job Description

Product ManagerDroitwichOne of the worlds leading designers and manufacturers of innovative electro-mechanical solutions to consumers and businesses alike, is now seeking a Product Manager. You will be an active participant in translating consumer and customer understanding into leading category strategies and initiatives. Your focus will be to grow sales, market share and build brand equity.Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will be responsible for the end to end performance of their products and portfolio of brands in EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa).

  • As a champion of the customer you will ensure the company continues to focus on consumer insight in order to continue to innovate and improve its products
  • Utilising GFK data, competitor intelligence, store visits and research you will ensure a thorough understanding of the market, customers and end consumers remains unparalleled.
  • Category P&L responsibility and Management, reporting to all internal stakeholders through to board level
  • Create, propose and present product strategies
  • Take products from creation to delivery within agreed timescales and costs, delivering presentations at each stage
  • Manage the delivery of the relevant product brand collateral
