Job Title: Paid Social Media ManagerLocation: Droitwich- HybridSalary: £45,000Do you love driving brand engagement and growth through social mediaWe are seeking a talented Paid Social Media Manager to join a dynamic team within the retail industry ! As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing social media campaigns. You will also maximise the companys brand presence acrossvarious channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring the brand strategy aligns with growth objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media campaigns across multiple channels.Collaborate with the Head of Social Media and the Paid Performance Manager to align social media strategy with brand objectives.Work closely with the wider marketing and product category teams to build an effective social media strategy.Present innovative campaign ideas and concepts to enhance key performance indicators and achieve business objectives.Explore new ways to improve social media activity.Create and present detailed reports on social media performance, leveraging your analytical skills and understanding of metrics.Support the senior digital team with planning and research.Possess an awareness of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, which would be beneficial.Required Skills and Experience:Strong understanding of major social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.Develop engaging social media content and campaigns with a creative and strategic mindset.Excellent communication and copywriting skills.Proven track record in managing social media channels and delivering successful campaigns.Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and drive optimisation.Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and senior management.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in paid social media management.Experience in working with external agencies and brands.Benefits:Health and wellness benefitsFlexible working hoursDental care25 days holiday plus bank holidays and the ability to buy moreDynamic and collaborative work environmentEmployee discountsSounds great right Apply today!
